Response targets, scope, fees, deliverables and service obligations are established in the applicable written agreement or approved scope of work.

Callback requests

Submitting the callback form requests a return call to the number supplied. A callback is subject to agent availability, telephone network availability and correct contact information. It is not an emergency service or a guaranteed response-time commitment.
